Purchases will be posted via Australia Post or by courier service (depending on location) within 24 hours once payment is received.
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery on parcels. The utmost care is taken with every parcel to make sure your product is delivered in original condition; however we don’t take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels caused by Australia Post or Freight Companies.
ReturnsIf you need to return a product please email us at enquiries@bagsplus.com.au. You must include your name and contact details, reason for return and include the purchase receipt. Tags must remain on the item and the item must not have been used in any way. It must also be returned with all original packaging.
Bags Plus Australia Pty Ltd will replace or refund goods with any manufacturing fault within seven (7) days of you receiving the goods.
RefundsCredits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges unless a product is faulty on arrival and returned, with tags attached, in original condition and packaging. While we are positive you will love every one of our products, please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases.
